The rooms are available for our guests from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 12:00 on the day of departure.
For a fee and subject to availability, you are welcome to book an early check-in or a late check-out.
Our reception is available 24 hours a day. For reservations they are guaranteed by credit card, prepayment or cost transfer, check-in is also possible after 6 pm.
You are welcome to book extra services for your stay by phone or e-mail.
Upgrade to the next higher category upon availability:

Room breakfast can be booked for 5,00 Euro room service fee per person. For this you will receive an order form at the reception, which must be returned to the reception the day before at the latest!
We are also at your disposal for individual wishes. Do not hesitate to contact us.
Our sauna is available upon request. To use it, please inform our reception 30 minutes before your desired time.
Our fitness area offers you a bicycle and a treadmill. The use of the fitness equipment is free of charge 24 hours a day.
For access to our sauna and fitness area you need an access card!
Please note that as of 01.07.2024, the city of Cologne has changed the previously valid statutes for the collection of a cultural promotion tax to the effect that since 01.07.2024 ALL overnight guests have to pay an “overnight tax” of 5% on the accommodation rate: this then applies regardless of the reason for the stay.

Our minibars are in operation, but unfilled.
Drinks and small snacks can be purchased at reception.
We offer our guests a 24/7 beverage & snack sale (sweet & salty) via our reception!

Open daily from 17:00 to 24:00*
Small dishes and snacks are available daily from 17:00 to 21:30 and on request.

Mondays to Fridays from 06:00 to 10:30 a.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07:00 to 11:00 a.m.

On request we can offer you bed linen for allergy sufferers for your stay!
Please note, however, that our rooms are carpeted!
Do you follow a vegan diet or suffer from intolerances?
Our menu and breakfast buffet include many vegan and vegetarian dishes.
Gluten-free bread rolls are also available for breakfast on request.
Other diets or intolerances can be discussed with our service or kitchen staff when ordering food.
We will be happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your room on request.
Our building has an automatic total ventilation system in all bathrooms from 08:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00.
On request, you will receive a kettle directly in your room!
A coffee machine including capsules is available in your room from the Standard double room category upward
You can use our WiFi free of charge and without a password via the t-mobile hotspot “Telekom”.
During events or a meal in our restaurant KWB in the Stadtpalais you can use the WiFi “KWB Guest WLAN” with the password “kwbkoeln”
